The 6000 square foot project involved mechanical, electrical and plumbing alterations as well as specialized data, white noise and security requirements all of which were expertly addressed by Jay and Jeff. Also worth noting is the fact that the project was successfully completed on time despite numerous change orders initiated by both the client and landlord. Key to the project's success is the exemplary level of communication provided by CORE's project team. The Project Manager, conducted weekly construction meetings for which he was always on time and well prepared. Within 24 hours after each meeting, all team members received meeting minutes with specific targets for critical path items. The Project Superintendent  kept everyone apprised of all building inspections and he also ensured a tidy job site, taking special care to minimize any impact on the common areas or on the neighboring tenants. One such example is the fact that the team participated in the building's generator test at 3am in order to avoid potential disruption to existing tenants. The tenant was very pleased with the end product, and the punch list was minimal.
